Sept. 10—CLARA CITY — The Fall Festival will begin after the 4 p.m. mass on Saturday, Sept. 10 at St. Clara’s Catholic Church in Clara City. Pork chop dinner, games for all ages, garden and bake sale and music by DJ systems.
WILLMAR — A Hispanic Cultural Celebration will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15 at Centro Cristiano Siloe, 2015 First St. S. in Willmar. The United Hispanic Nations gathering will honor God for the cultural legacy He has given and for “allowing us to be born in another country and celebrate in Willmar.” Bring a lawn chair.
SPICER – The fall festival will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, September 17 at Notre-Dame-des-Lacs Catholic Church in rural Spicer. Cookie walk, creative home and garden, thrift store and more open 9:00 a.m. Morning coffee 8:30 a.m., lunch 10:30 a.m.-noon.
PADUA – St. Donatus Catholic Church of Brooten will have its fall turkey and ham dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 18 at the Padua Pub in Padua. Roast turkey, ham, vinaigrette, real mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, coleslaw, cranberries, rolls, pie or dessert and beverages. Adult tickets are $14, ages 6-10 are $8, ages 5 and under eat free. Takeout is $14.
WILLMAR — The Fall Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 25 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Willmar. Canteen, bingo, country store, cake walk, Viking game under a tent, games for all ages and Custom Made music.
