This weekend ended the football season for most small colleges. But a handful of Clark County players are eyeing the playoffs.

Northwest Conference champion Linfield, who has backup quarterback Dawson Lieurance (Columbia River) and kicker Sonny Pitts (Union), will play an NCAA D-III first round game next Saturday against Pomona-Pitzer. Union graduate Alexander Wood is a key member of the defensive backfield, having had two interceptions for the Sagehens.

Skyview graduate Jovon Sewell prepares for an NCAA D-II first round matchup with Ashland University in Ohio. Sewell will likely start at cornerback when the Eagles host Notre Dame College on Saturday.

Camas graduate Kenny Wright starts at tight end Colorado School of Mines, which will face Colorado State-Pueblo in an NCAA D-II first-round game on Saturday.
