Chandler, Ariz., March 2, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — In the new book, 91 votes: U.S. Naval Academy Class of 1991 Leadership Perspectives, Trident University International (Trident) faculty member dr. Leon Jablow proposes to answer the question: “Where did the journey as leaders take the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Class of 1991?”

Unsurprisingly, the responses are as diverse as the men and women who received their commission over 30 years ago. Graduates share their thoughts on leadership, their personal journeys as leaders based on their time at the USNA, their military careers, and life after the military.

Like the other leaders described in this book, Dr. Jablow graduated in 1991 from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis.

“This book shares the perspective of the 1991 graduates in the form of short stories, recounting their experiences as midshipmen, throughout their years of service in the United States. Marine and US Marine Corps, in times of peace and war, and as veterans, business owners and civilians,” notes Dr. Jablow.

Dr. Jablow explains that the purpose of this book is not to define leadership or the traits and characteristics of leaders. The purpose of this book is to present a diverse set of leadership perspectives from the USNA Class of 1991 as a means to help develop future leaders.

“These men and women served with distinction, holding some of the highest responsibilities of command, citizenship and government,” says Dr. Jablow. “Current and future leaders can learn valuable lessons from the knowledge and experiences of these graduates.”

Dr. Jablow is a faculty member at Trident’s Glenn R. Jones College of Business where he taught courses at the Master’s level, including Management and Organizational Behaviour, Business Principles, and Global Human Resource Management.

After more than 20 years in the Marine, added Dr. Jablow to his corporate resume. He is currently an executive director/consultant at IV Consulting Group, where he oversees leadership development, business development and executive coaching.

Dr. Jablow holds a Ph.D. in leadership and management of organizations Capella Universitya Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval Warfare Collegeand a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Catholic University of America.
